Registration Form:

Registration opens on Sunday, January 20 for Egyptian Nationals and Monday, January 21, 2019 for all other participants.

In an effort to serve our local Egyptian population, we are opening registration for Egyptian Nationals (valid ID or passport required) 1 day early. If you complete the registration form on Sunday, January 20 and are not an Egyptian National, your registration will be processed on Monday, January 21.

Once you complete the form, our staff will review your registration and will send an email containing a link to submit payment. Your registration will be considered complete once payment is received in full.

Please note: Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. You must book your accommodations in order to register for The Zawiyah.

Important Notes Regarding Registration

Payment Details: You will have 24 hours to complete your payment in full to confirm your registration. If you do not complete your payment, your room(s) will be released to other participants.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made by February 10 (11:59 p.m. Cairo Time) are subjected to a 50% non-refundable fee; all refunds will be 50% of your original payment. Cancellations made on or after February 10 (12:01 a.m. Cairo time) are non-refundable and participants will forfeit the full amount. 

No-Show Policy: No refunds (less the 50% non-refundable fee) will be available after February 10. "No Shows" will not be eligible for any refunds. 

 

Costs

RATES FOR NON-EGYPTIAN NATIONALS

Adults:
Single Occupancy: $1,300 per person
Double Occupancy: $900 per person

Children:
Ages 0–2: Free if child flies on lap and shares room and bed with two adults.
Ages 2–5: $200 per child for flight and if child shares room and bed with two adults.
Ages 5–12: $545 per child for one or two children sharing same room with two adults. An extra bed may be added on a first come, first serve basis and priority will be given to larger families.

RATES FOR EGYPTIAN NATIONALS:

Due to Egyptian Laws, Egyptian Nationals are given different rates than foreigners

Adults:
Single Occupancy: 17,600 EGP per person
Double Occupancy: 12,300 EGP per person

Children:
Ages 0–2: Free if child shares room and bed with two adults.
Ages 2–5: 3,000 EGP per child for flight and if child shares room and bed with two adults.
Ages 5–12: 7,250 EGP per child for one or two children sharing same room with two adults. An extra bed may be added on a first come, first serve basis and priority will be given to larger families.

Registration includes:

  • Intercity Flights: Cairo to Luxor and Aswan to Cairo

  • Land transportation to/from Cairo airport and excursions

  • 4 nights on the Le Feyan cruise boat

  • Meals

  • Tuition for sessions

  • 3-4 guided excursions

  • Day trip to Humaythara, the burial place of Sayyidina Abu al-Hasan al-Shadhili
